A pouch to put some gear in and folds just by picking it up. At 6' 4" and 240 lbs it still gives me back support. I would recomend this chair without hesitation. The only complaint I have is about the Velcro strips. They are too short. It has padded back-pack straps making it easy for her to carry and it is very easy to set up. It is lightweight, has a cup holder and storage pouch. I found it to be comfortable also. You can adjust the straps to change the back angle. I found it to be competitively priced with other portable chairs. It was easy to unfold and lightweight. Tightening the back straps to make the seat back stay up didn't work, only sitting in the chair does that. Also, the bar at the front of the seat digs into the backs of your legs and not having any arms made it very uncomfortable, so had to return them (at our expense). Very disappointed overall. It's a DOT rated helmet, but not ANSI or SNELL rated. It's essentially a really affordable helmet that is street-legal and relatively safe. I paid roughly $62, plus shipping.
